What we cannot help with

  • Which product is right for you. That depends on your space, your budget and what you already own — none of which this site can see. The Amazon listing has the specification; the decision stays yours.
  • Health, medical or safety advice. Nobody here is qualified to give it, and unqualified advice about a condition is worse than none. A pharmacist or a doctor is the right first call.
  • Orders, refunds and deliveries. This is not a shop and holds no stock. Anything you bought, you bought from Amazon — only Amazon can see your order, and only Amazon can change it. This site cannot look anything up on your behalf and is not able to act for Amazon in any way.
  • Guest posts and link exchanges. This site does not publish outside contributions or sell links, so these are deleted unread.
  • Gifting, seeding and sponsorship offers. Nothing on this site is sponsored, gifted or paid for, and a sample cannot buy a place on the list — a product is here because somebody chose it, and that is the only claim any listing makes.

Press and brands

Brands are welcome to send a factual correction — a specification stated wrongly, a model that has been superseded, a name that has changed. Those are checked against the current Amazon listing and fixed. What cannot happen is a preview of a page before it is published, or removal of a page because it is unflattering.
